Book Review

Summarization:
The book "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie was an interesting book. It discusses the ideas of communication, manners and people skills for individuals to be well prepared for the world. It is very useful and helpful to our everyday lives yet knowing this is from 1937, I think this was for individuals who were still striving to overcome the Great Depression. This book is to help individuals come back to society and to be able to communicate with any different individual that view things differently.
This book helped me visually see myself and who I was was. My people skills wasn't as advanced as other students. I was very quiet, I only opened up to close friends and family. Now I'm very open to everyone and I'm very social now and knowing the level I was at before really self evaluates and appreciates the people skills Ive gained now.
It's all about having manners and being nice to others in order get you're way and this book emphasizes on just how to do it and how to for you to succeed. It's interesting and useful and hopefully other students give this book an opportunity.
